At Glora Store, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Below is our standard shipping policy to help you understand how your orders are handled:

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email once it has been shipped.

Shipping Duration

Local Delivery (Pakistan): 2 to 5 working days depending on your location.

Remote or Rural Areas: Delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.

International Shipping: Currently not available unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.

For orders below Rs. 3,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies.

Any promotional offers on shipping will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for all orders within Pakistan.

Please make sure your contact number and address are correct to avoid delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking information. You can also visit our page to check the status of your delivery using your Order Number and Phone Number.

Delivery Partners
We use trusted courier services like Leopard, TCS, and M&P to ensure reliable delivery.

Delayed or Lost Orders
While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, there may be rare instances of delays due to logistics or weather. If your order is delayed beyond 7 working days, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue promptly.
